Pickup or Delivery Options
Local pickup or delivery (local applies to addresses that have a zip code within 15 miles of Charlotte, NC 28201) is available for any order with us. Please pick this option at checkout. We will email you to arrange a time and date for the pickup or delivery.

Local pickups and deliveries must be scheduled with us.

Shipping Information & Fees
We offer domestic shipping within the U.S. only. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Economy (5-8 Business Days)  ~  $10 flat rate shipping
Standard (3-4 Business Days)  ~  $15 flat rate shipping
Express (1-2 Business Days)  ~  $25 flat rate shipping

Please select the shipping option that you prefer. Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with tracking information to the email address associated with your account or provided during checkout. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.  Delivery information and estimates are ultimately up to the carrier.
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.  We will notify you via the email associated with your account or provided during checkout.
